Coral House is an elegant two-story property offering spacious and air-conditioned accommodation for up to eight adults.  The villa, set in a quiet and secure residential location with no through traffic, features stunning tropical gardens.

Located less than five minutes' walk from the spectacular Gibbs Beach, undoubtedly one of the most beautiful beaches on the Island, Coral House provides a luxurious and convenient base from which to enjoy all that the Island has to offer.

No effort has been spared to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The four-bedroom house is spacious, light and airy, with interesting and attractive architectural features and a galleried landing. 

Staffed six days a week, it is offered for holiday rental throughout the year at two, three and four bedroom rates (the two bedroom rate is available in the summer only).

Please note there is a strict no smoking policy within the villa; smoking is permitted on the patio and grounds.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations are final. In case of cancellation, the deposited sums will not be refunded. Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenues and strongly recommended.

Booking Terms

50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are final and non- refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust Account.

All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10 are non-refundable.
